I have tried Lexis, Google, phoning the Department of Labor Library,
Bender Immigration Library, OALJ/DOL Immigration Library online, and
numerous other sources to no avail. If anyone could help point me in
the right direction for this case, I would greatly appreciate it!
The name is Matter of Analysts International Corp., 95-INA-62, December
23, 1996. It is an Alien Labor Certification case.
