Help!
I am trying to track down an OSHA ALJ ruling cited in a case but
am having no luck.
Google has yielded nothing and Lexis and Westlaw have drawn blanks for me.
The OSHA web site has ALJ decisions etc. but I can't find this particular
one.
Here is what I am seeking:
"On July 5, 2000, an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) denied Sturm Ruger's
suppression motion. Secretary of Labor v. Sturm Ruger & Co., Inc., Pine Tree
Castings Division, OSHCR Dkt Nos. 99-1873 & 99-1874 [hereinafter Order
Denying Motion to Suppress]."
I wondered if there was a misspelling, as "OSHCR" seems to be a dead-end
acronym. However, "OSHRC" seems valid, but I still do not find this ruling
anywhere.
Any ideas?
