I am looking at a Del corp registration I pulled from Lexis this a.m.
There is NO field for officer/dir names. Registered Agent in this case
it is one of those generic companies that do that as a business, so it
is not even one of the officers.
Lexis.com goes directly into the Del SOS. You cannot email from that
page. When I print it is a problem, my pc gets error msgs, freezes up,
etc. I asked the Lex Ref person to have the techies fix it so we can
email from there.
A possibility of getting some info you are looking for is to search in
D&B by executive in Del. Of course a company can exist without there
being a D&B on it.

Lexis, Westlaw, and DE SOS office all tell me they can only search by
