I don't know if Delaware is unique. I have been able to successfully run
name searches on both Lexis & Westlaw. Chances are that, the incorporator
will be executive of the corporation (does not apply in all cases).

Does anyone know of a method for searching Delaware corporate records by

I am interested in any corporations formed by a certain individual. Lexis,
Westlaw, and DE SOS office all tell me they can only search by corporate
