I am trying to locate a Memorandum of Understanding between the United
States Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Office of Inspector General (OIG)
(part of the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)).
It was signed in October 1999 and deals with the sharing of fraud referrals.

I've looked on LEXIS, WESTLAW, Google, and Alltheweb without any luck. I've
browsed the United States Health Care Finance Administration (HCFA) website
pretty extensively without finding it. I have also contacted the OIG's
office, but haven't heard anything back yet. If anyone knows where I could
get a copy, I would love to hear from you.
