Hi,

Everyone was so wonderful to me yesterday, by sending the Florida Statute
section that I needed. I have another question today for the same pro bono
client.

In section 921.137(1) of the Florida Statutes it states that the Florida
Dept. of Children & Family Services shall adopt rules to specify the
standardized intelligence tests as provided in this subsection. Does anyone
know if such rules have indeed been adopted? And if so, where I could obtain
a copy?
