I am trying to find the proposing and adopting SEC Releases for Exchange Act
Rule 14a-2(b)(1) that were issued towards the end of 1979. The CCH binders
cites one Federal Register release, but I am unable to determine if that is
the proposing or adopting release. Any guidance in this question will be
greatly appreciated!
