Good Morning.
I'm looking for an article written by Allen Plummer (it should be the cover
story) in the Feb 2002 edition of Bloomberg Wealth Manager. Lexis does not
seem to have this.
If anyone has this journal I would greatly appreciate it if you could Fax it
