I have only obscure details in making this request. I'm looking for an article that appeared in the ABA magazine Litigation perhaps 2-3 years ago (not too certain). The author is from Jones Day (that is certain) and the subject of the article is a how-to on legal writing. I've searched Lexis already to no avail. Any Jones Day librarians out there who may be able to assist?
