Help with Cite

Isn't it a shame the way customers keep calling publishers and bothering them? I was asked to find a copy of 5 Powell on Real Property sec. 700. This must be an old cite because the current edition has no sec. 700. There is a list in the front of each volume giving old cites and the comparable new cite but sec. 700 is not on the list. I have just been transferred back and forth to six different people at Matthew Bender. The last one transferred me supposedly to the editor of this work but, when I asked for him, I was told that there was no one employed at Matthew Bender by that name. She kept me on hold for about six more minutes at which point I was disconnected. Is there anyone out there who can tell me where sec. 700 went, other than into the black hole that contains the brains of Matthew Bender? Thanks.
