I am starting to feel that this is West's way to sneak another subscription in under our fences.
I have tossed out the extra volumes and am seriously considering tearing out the appendix pages ( as was previously suggested tongue in cheek) and blacking out the reference on the spine of the main (normal ) federal reporter advance sheet.
Well, that's my 2 cents worth on the matter.
