I am looking for a Canadian decision that I have ben
unable to locate on Lexis, Westlaw or the internet.
If anyone could give me any guidance I would really
appreciate it.
Appeal Division of the Federal Court of Canada ruling
in favour of AstraZeneca in litigation with
RhoxalPharma. I believe that the decision came down
on April 22, 2002. The details that I have came from
an article dated April 24, 2002.
