Good morning: We are trying to locate the legislative history for Maryland
Commercial law Code Section 12-316.1. It was enacted in 1993. If anyone can
shed any light on how to obtain this, I would greatly appreciate it. We have
already called the MD Legislative Library and the American Legal Research
