Law-libbers:
I have searched in Wexis, Hein-on-line, FILP, Internet and all comparative
law treatises in our collection to no avail.
I need to know if Austria allows dissenting or minority opinions. And, if
so, can they be published?
If anyone with any suggestions would be so kind as to respond off list, I
would appreciate it.
