I am searching for any information on 2001 Delaware ALS 214, entitled the
"Asset- Backed Securities Facilitation Act". I have seached online in
Westlaw, Lexis, in numerous business databases and on search engines such
as Google with no results. If you know of any articles, reports or
looseleaf publications that would discuss this new Delaware law, please
