We are trying locate the Canadian Law Newsletter, vol. 39, page 6,
Spring 1996. The article we need is "The Cuba 'LIBERTAD' Act and Its
Implications for Canadian Companies" by Peter Lichtenbaum.
It does not show in the Atlanta or DC union lists. It is not on WEXIS,
Dow Jones or the Web. The editor of the publication from the ABA
section which publishes it does not have a copy, the author does not
have a copy, the only library in Canada which had it has thrown it out,
it is not at the Lib. of Congress. We have already asked the Canadian
Law Librarian's listserv, to no avail.
If you have it and wouldn't mind faxing a copy, we would be ever
grateful!
