A couple of questions--
We have never received any advance sheets for the Fed. Appx. until the next
to the last one, Apr. 1. It contains mixed F.3d and F. Appx. cases. The
newest one only contains F. Appx. cases. Before these, were any advance
sheets for F. Appx. ever issued?
How are we supposed to catalogue these?
What in anybody doing about shelving these in a non-confusing manner?
