We recently received Baji 9th ed., and have discovered today that
Appendicies referred to in the text are NOT in the book. Our patron
needed Appx. D on Special Verdicts, which is referenced in the text of
9th ed, but there are no appendicies in the volumes. Fortunately we
keep the old, so we gave him Appx. D from the 8th ed.

Am I blind, and are the appendicies there somewhere, or does West have
editorial issues?
