Has anyone had trouble getting credit from Aspen for returned items? I
don't mean does it take a long time (that goes without saying), but have you
experienced denial of the credits where they claim they never received the
returned items? We have quite a few returns in this limbo -- rarely have
this problem with other vendors. Please reply directly to me and I will
summarize for the list if there is interest. Coincidentally, LLAGNY is
sponsoring a reverse-site visit with Aspen representatives today to discuss
these kinds of issues.
