Hi all,
Could anyone tell me where to find a current copy
of this Rule? (NY Stock Exchange Regulation 431) I've learned
that there were changes made in August 2001 but I can't seem to
locate the newest version. Lexis is out of date, Westlaw doesn't seem
to have them. I've checked several of our CCH services (Blue Sky,
Federal Securities, etc.) but they don't seem to have the NYSE rules.
