Dear Colleagues,
The AALL Committee on Relations with Information Vendors (CRIV) will be
visiting Aspen in May. We would like to hear any questions, concerns or
suggestions that you have regarding Aspen. CRIV will raise issues with
Aspen and report back to the membership.
Do you have any comments about Aspen's products, acquiring items from
Aspen, customer service, pricing or invoices?
Is there anything Aspen is doing that you want them to continue or
expand? Do you have any suggestions for improvements that Aspen might
be able to make, or problems that should be addressed?
