More titles can now be listed on one page, and the new format should make it
much easier for you to read your invoice and quickly find the information
you need.
Automated process improvements have been implemented so that you will
receive your invoice more quickly after placing your order than has been the
case in the past.
Other improvements include:
* Account and reference numbers pertaining to the order are clearly
labeled and listed on both the remittance slip and the copy you keep for
your records.
* The ISBN or GPO stock number is listed alongside each title to help
with checking in and cataloging.
* Returnable items are marked clearly with an (X).
