Do you know of an article or a book that compares the principles of domestic
contract law in the United States and Canada? I've searched without success
and would appreciate suggestions. I don't seem to be able to find out about
university law school courses that focus on this topic, either. I think
such a course might provide some leads so would appreciate guidance with
that also.
