I'm trying to locate a Minnesota form letter for a demand of payment for a
debt. It could also be called a demand letter for payment of a commercial
debt. In Texas we have such a form in the Texas Transaction Guide, but I
have not been able to locate a similar form for Minnesota. Does anyone know
if Minnesota has such form, and, if so, where I can find it?
