We are looking for a sample set of bylaws for a Florida real estate
Cooperative. We have the code and regs, as well as commentary from
treatises such as Boyer, Florida Real Estate Transactions, and Flordia
Real Estate (West), but neither contain an actual sample. If any of
you have access to CLE materials or other treatises which might fill the
