Good Morning!

Are there any articles/publications (news/law reviews/any) discussing
the recent amendments to Title 6, Chapters 15, 17 and 18 that occurred
with the passage of HB 372, 373 & 374 in January 2002?

Neither the West Ref Atty nor I could come up with anything. All help
appreciated!
