Hello everyone,

Thanks to all who suggested a comparable title for RIA's Financial Valuation: Businesses and Business Interests by May and Garruto. There were two items which had the most votes, apparently by the same author: Pratt and/or Pratt, Reilly & Schweihs. The titles were similar: Guide to Business Valuations and/or Valuing a Business. I will check these out. Someone from BNA also wrote that their Corporate Practice Series has portfolio 38-4th on Appraisal Rights in Mergers and Consolidations.

I have one more query on a comparable title. We are seeking to replace the weekly BNA Patent Trademark Copyright Journal. Does anyone have a favorite? Any leads appreciated.
