I am looking for the following:
Kathleen Weigand, "Compilation of Comment Letters Issued by the Staff of the
Securities and Exchange Commission Regarding Executive Compensation
Disclosures During the 1994 Proxy Season," Corporate Counsel 7 (Jan. 10,
1995).
My initial info from the attorney did not include the "Corporate Counsel 7"
information. I found that in TP-ALL on Westlaw - there was a reference to
the article. I found her other "Compilation" from 1993 in PLI. I looked in
News;allnws on Lexis.
This is not the Executive Press "Corporate Counsel" and not BNA Corporate
Counsel Weekly (we have both of those on the shelf). I don't think it is
the Corporate Counsel magazine from American Lawyer.
I have done an RLIN search for other possible versions of Corporate Counsel.
I don't think it is from the Business Laws people in Ohio, but I am not
sure.
If anyone has suggestions or the actual item, the attorney and I will be
very happy (and we will happily pay costs)
