Gabon corporate law

I need to know whether under Gabon law a corporation can act by written unanimous consent in lieu of a meeting to adopt resolutions, i.e. have all shareholders sign a written consent adopting the proposed actions rather than physically hold a meeting to vote on the matters.

I've tried the Internet and haven't found anything. I've called the Gabon embassy in DC and the US Embassy in Gabon and in both instances the person who "might" know is out of the office for a few days. (and the attorney needs an answer today). Does anyone know where else I might find this information?

Many thanks!
