The CRIV would like to bring to your attention a report that has been posted on the CRIVPage in reference to the West BSI Customer Service Workshop that was recently held in Washington, D.C. The report, presented by Craig Lelansky from Georgetown University, gives a very good overview of the workshop and comments on steps West is taking to address customer concerns.
