Greetings to law-lib:

We had subscribed to Financial Valuation: Businesses and Business Interests by May and Garruto and published by RIA (WGL). Our last update is 2000. The publisher (RIA) told us this was no longer an active title.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a good replacement for this content, that is, valuation of businesses, in a treatise or looseleaf format? Any suggestions appreciated.
