I am trying to find the text of a decision by Judge Chavies of the Florida 11th Circuit Court ( Dade County ) in Stefiuk v. First Union. This decision is described in the Broward Daily Journal of 7/19/2001. I have looked at the court's web site, which has some decisions, but not this one, and have checked various banking law services ( Andrews, BNA, and others ) but haven't found it. It may have been picked up by the Florida Law Weekly Supplement. Any help is appreciated.
