I sent this message previously to int-law and received no responses, alas.
For those on both lists, please pardon the duplication.
Our library is trying to choose an electronic fee-paid source for Chinese
statutes, regulations and case law. The ideal source would have up-to-date
and older primary documents in each of these areas in both Chinese and
English. We've looked at several sources, but can't determine which of
them is best for our needs. Would subscribers to such sources please let
me know what they think about these questions? Thank you!
