I have 7 sites with name and then a number sequence similar to the above. I have checked Bieber's, all of our labor titles, run a search using just the party name with no luck. The Atty. believes it is case 35 of 1953. They first thought it was the PA Labor Relations Board but it isn't. I find nothing that points to the National Labor Relation Board which is our second choice. Any help greatly appreciated.
