There were two fairly recent asbestos litigation publications. One was done
by A.M.Best in May, called "Asbestos Claims Surge Set to Dampen Earnings
for Commercial Insurers". They sell the report and the related data file

Good morning everyone!
Does anyone know off-hand of a recently issued, supposedly widely
distributed white paper on Asbestos Litigation? (Dealing with types of
exposure, current litigation, financial risks to companies, etc.) Of
course, the requestor has no idea who the author is or what type of
institution may have generated it.
