The research director at the National Venture Capital Association told me
about a directory issued in 1994 only which he thinks was entitled Gold's
Guide to Venture Capital Sources (and which he distinguished from Pratt's
and Galante's). Unfortunately, an OCLC search did not find this title or
anything close, and the Library of Congress catalog has been too busy to let
me in. I did note a title which might be the one on point (A. David
Silver's The venture capital sourcebook : the definitive guide to finding
start-up funds & growth capital), but want to ensure that there really isn't
a book out there by someone named Gold. Any leads greatly appreciated.
