We are having an interesting problem with Premise keycodes and are wondering
if anyone else has experienced a similar problem. We are dealing with
several people at West but are still working on the issue.
We have purchased numerous Premise discs under different account numbers but
are trying to run all the discs on the same server (NT Metaframe). What is
happening is that with some discs the keycodes for the license file will not
unlock. We have verified with West that they are indeed the correct codes
and are being entered properly. The message we get back is "The license key
entered is not compatible with your existing license files."
Has anyone had this experience? How did you resolve the matter? Any advice
would be greatly appreciated.
