I have been looking for section 405.1910(c) of this chapter. CFR in
print, CD-ROM, West and Lexis all have the citation in the CFR.
I need all the help I can get!

42 cfr 482.23 Conditions of participation: Nursing services
(a)
(b)

(1) The hospital must provide 24-hour nursing services furnished or
supervised by a registered nurse, and have a licensed practical nurse or
registered nurse on duty at all trimes, exept for rural hospitals that
have in effect a 24-hour nursing waiver granted under section
405.1910(c) of this chapter.
