Hello all,
Did anyone notice that law librarians Melissa Serfass and Jessie Cranford
from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock were cited not once, but
twice, in Hart v. Massanari, yesterday's 9th circuit opinion on the
constitutionality of citing unpublished opinions? Their article, called
"Federal and State Court Rules Governing Publication and Citation of
Opinions," 3 J.App. Prac. & Process 251 (2001), was cited in footnotes 2 and
7.
Way to go, Melissa and Jessie!!!!!
