We are looking for bankruptcy statistics that would differentiate between
reorganizations and liquidations. We have determined that we cannot do this
through the statistics published by ABI. Does anyone know of available
bankruptcy statistics that go beyond total Ch 11 or Ch 7 bankruptcies? Any
suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you Justine Kalka, Wachtell,
