Dear Friends and Colleagues,

Aspen and its employees wish to send our heartfelt condolences to all those
affected by the inconceivable tragedy of last week. Headquartered in New
York City, our company's close connection to this devastating event serves
only to strengthen our dedication in helping our customers restore their
businesses.

As part of the process of working together to rebuild, Aspen is providing
assistance in replacing key resources that were lost in the destruction. As
a special service to our customers in the financial district, we are offering
to replenish your libraries and businesses with replacement volumes of Aspen
resources. To speak with someone regarding these replacements volumes please
call 1-877-529-5427, and a customer care representative will assist you.

Additionally, Loislaw, an Aspen Publishers Company, will be providing free
services to all current customers affected by this destruction. Loislaw will
be offering 3 months free service to your existing Loislaw contract. This
time will automatically be applied to your account. Hopefully this additional
time will help make up for some of the time lost to this terrible tragedy.

We'll work together to replace, rebuild, and renew.

Sincerely,

Jane Butler
President and CEO
Aspen Publishers, Inc.
