If your BNA subscriptions are hand-delivered by messenger
services, please note the following letter:
Dear BNA Subscriber:
Due to tightened security around the country, our messengers
have found it more difficult to enter buildings than before
the September 11th tragedy.
Most buildings' security will not allow messengers access to
individual floors to deliver publications. Messengers are
being directed to other parts of the building or have been
told to leave the publications in the lobby.
Please contact your building's security personnel to find
out the procedures that are being followed. If you need to
change anything regarding the delivery to your building,
please contact our Customer Care Department at
