I am in the process of updating information that I will presenting to a class on Friday night and am wondering how many states have adopted a media neutral citation format and how many are considering it.

If you could take a few minutes to answer the following questions and reply off-list, I will summarize for the entire list (if there is interest).

While I hope someone from each state responds, I am particularly interested in the following states: Arizona, Florida, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and West Virginia.

1. Has your state adopted media neutral citations? Yes or No. (if yes, please give an example).

2. Is your state considering media neutral citations? Yes or No (if yes, approximately when will the decision be made? If possible please provide an example of the citation format under consideration)

Thank you very much and as I said, I will summarize for the list if there is interest.
