I have been asked to locate statistics on shareholder derivative suits
filed in the US in the last several years, and am coming up empty
handed. I have searched the Internet and securities newsletters, and
have contacted the Investor Responsibility Research Center and the
Council of Institutional Investors. I would appreciate any suggestions
of other resources to try.
