To my knowledge, no. UNLESS you own Adobe Acrobat. There are several PDF
to HTML converters that run on Linux, but produce TIFF (graphics) files.
Theoretically, you could convert to a TIFF file, then use OCR (Optical
Character Recognition) to get around owning Acrobat.
