Hello Everyone,
I have been asked to see if there are any casebooks or other materials
published expressly for a law school course in Biotechnology Law.
Presumably such material could touch on issues of intellectual property,
ethics, torts, administrative/regulatory issues, environmental law, and
probably some others. I have consulted the websites of West, Aspen,
Anderson, and Bender (Lexis), as well as OCLC, and so far have found almost
nothing. I'd appreciate any help that's available, even if it's a
description of the types of materials that have been pulled together for
such courses, if no casebook is available. Thanks in advance!
