???Eclipse like e-mail notification service for Immigration legis lation?

Does anyone know of an automatic notification service to monitor Immigration
legislation? One of our attorneys needs access to such a service if a
non-expensive one exists. She already monitors Immigration legislation
manually using various URLs.
