You may want to contact your L.A. librarian who I just saw at a Westside Law
Librarian meeting in Los Angeles today. We learned about "Mark Monitor" which
may help you--but it's fee based. It's partnering with Lexis, so it may be
available via Lexis--but I think one has to subscribe in advance. It looks very
cool.
Is anyone using it?
The report that it generates may give you more than you want, however ( e.g. it
tells you if someone is using your trademark on a banner ad without your
permission, etc.).
