Re: Bender account merging issues

Seth,
I was told by Bender customer service that our three accounts could not be
merged until there was a zero balance on each one. But since books are
constantly being shipped and billed for, when is this likely to happen? The
rep didn't have an answer for that.

I receive three from Bender (one for each of our original accounts). While
this is not an insurmountable problem, it is a bit of an annoyance, as I
have been cutting three separate checks in order to forestall accounting
confusion. I have called Customer Service and they said that they cannot
merge the accounts at this time but that they would tell me as soon as it is
possible. It seems to me, though, that there should be *some* way to
accomplish this. After all, I wouldn't think that they have put a freeze on
all account merging. (Would they?)
