Subject: Alaska/Hawaii HELP Please
Hi,
I'm hoping that some kind souls out there can help me. Due to illness &
CLEs I was out of the office last week & was unable to help a really
wonderful faculty member. She has a presentation tomorrow morning & I'm
just getting started looking. She would like to know if Alaska and
Hawaii EVER had laws regarding alienation of affections or criminal
conversation. I will be checking WL & Lexis statutes & law reviews
tonight and, if no luck, will search on the web. However, I was hoping
someone out there might know of a secondary source or have done some
research on this issue. Any help will be much appreciated. I will be
monitoring my e-mail and checking my voice mail until 1a.m. Eastern
time. Thanks so much.
